Lokin aakhan man sodhe bin rab nahin paya ja sakda;
Jad tak dil eh saaf na hove is vich raam nahin aa sakda. Maile ton maile kapde nun dhobi jiddan saaf kare; Bilkul aiddan poora murshad paap gunaah sab saaf kare. Nazar mehar di dukh daliddar sare hi dho jandi ey; Kahe avtar jo rooh satgur de charnan di chhoh pandi ey. |

Meaning
There are myths according to which people think that God is too pure to stay in their dirty hearts. People think that God cannot be realized without purifying the mind. And that God cannot be made to live in one's heart, unless it is cleansed. Just as the washer man cleans even the dirtiest garments, likewise, the perfect True Master forgives all sins and faults. The gracious look by the True Master removes all suffering and obstacles. Here Baba Avtar Singh ji says, this happens when a soul (person) touches the sacred feet of the True Master.
